How long will it take for my gift to ship?

Teak & Twine gifts typically ship within 1-3 business days. To keep your gift from sitting in a hot shipping warehouse over the weekend, (and your chocolate from melting!) we only ship on Monday and Tuesday between the months of April - September. During the cooler months, we ship on Monday and Wednesday. If you choose expedited shipping, we will ship as soon as possible.

How does shipping work?

All gifts are shipped from Destin, Florida via Fed Ex. If you choose Fed Ex Ground, gifts usually arrive to destinations in the Southeast within one business day, the Midwest and mid-Atlantic within two days, the Northeast in three days and the west coast in four days. Please keep in mind that these are rough estimates, and that Fed Ex Ground does not guarantee delivery dates.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

At this time, if you would like to send gifts to different recipients, you will need to create a seperate purchase for each recipient. If you would like to send several gifts to different recipients, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to process your order for you!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please contact us if you would like to ship internationally so that we can work to find you the very best rate.

What are the options for gift boxes?

All of our gifts are packaged in our pale gray Teak & Twine gift box featuring a belly band with our logo and a favorite quote embossed in silver. If you are looking for something different in terms of packaging, please get in touch via our contact tab and let’s talk details!

Returns and Exchanges:

We take great care to ensure your gift arrives to you looking great! If your gift arrives worse for the wear, let us know and we will make it right!  Otherwise, due to the time and love we put into making each gift, all sales are final.

Who helped you create your website?

It takes a village to build a brand, and we were lucky to work with some amazing talent in building Teak & Twine!  The wonderful team at Simple Song Design created our branding and website. Almost all photography is by Tec Petaja with styling by Jessica Sloane and copy written by Caroline Roche and Torrance Hart.  Script on the homepage was created by Chelsea Petaja.  Special thanks to Christine Busch for her photo editing and website wizardry!
